Phase 1 – comprised the construction of 7 new school blocks-. Administration, Hall & Cafeteria, Visual & Performing Arts, Multimedia, and Science and Agricultural Science with interconnecting walkways and associated services including fit-out of the laboratories. Externals included, a new playfield and Pavilion, fencing to school compound, access roads, carpark and layby, hard courts and cricket nets, electrical and plumbing services infrastructure runs, new electrical kiosk and sewerage treatment facility.
Phase 2 – comprised the upgrade of 2 No. 3 – storey classroom blocks, including for the demolition and replacement of the roof and ceilings, with new windows, doors, floor finishes and building to refurbish.
