two storey-building masonry structure that presently houses an assembly hall, classrooms and administrative offices. It was completed in 1904 and is to be restored to accommodate its existing functions. The building is listed as a Grade 1 building – where there should be no change nor alteration to its shape or form nor in or upon any material object . Structural repairs to Hall Balcony, replacing of floor joists, concrete slabs, structural works to basement below Assembly Hall, repairs to roof timbers, gutters, restoration to floors, walls and ceiling and fit out new washroom facilities etc.
