The demolition work entails removal of steel columns, steel beams, roof trusses, galvanize sheeting, radiant barrier, concrete blockwall, reinforced concrete floor slab and foundations, column foundations and perimeter drainage outside the warehouse. The reconstruction work of the new bottling hall with approximate dimensions of 238ft x 120ft entails placement of ground beams, pad footings, column pedestals, retaining walls, underground drainage utilizing CPVC pipes, reinforced concrete floor slab, stainless steel floor drains and gutter drains in slab, blockwall, R- panel wall cladding installation, column and beam installation, radiant barrier and roof sheeting and purlin installation.
