BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
To plan and oversee the project from start to finish, organize and oversee construction procedures to
ensure the project is completed in a timely and effective manner within budget and adhere to client and
company guidelines and specifications.
MAIN JOB FUNCTION:
To perform all tasks necessary to ensure that all aspects of the Project come together in a timely and cost-effective
manner in order to achieve the overall goal. This includes the scheduling of tasks and
coordination with various team members to accomplish the projected results by keeping the project on
track; and possessing the ability to foresee the entire project as a whole at all times.
