Construction of a two-storey building of approximately 1,700 square metres overall. The building sat on a piled foundation and comprised of a structural steel frame with columns encased in concrete enclosed with masonry walls and glazed units.The building finishes were high end and included for full height internal glazed partitions, porcelain tiles, carpet and wooden flooring. The core services included for electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and elevator installations.
The overall site was of an approximate area of 13,900 square metres and the external works included for; carparking and road paving, drainage, boundary walls with metal gates and a barrier, guard hut and kiosk along with hard and soft landscaping.
