Demolition of 8no. buildings (2682 s.q.m.) and construction of new 2-storey building for the Central Stores, Engineering and Biomedical Departments and associated external works.The project site is located within the Port of Spain General Hospital Compound, to the south of the Maternity Ward and Blood Bank. The proposed Building of overall floor area of 2036 square metres inclusive of circulation area, shall accommodate the relocated Central Stores, Engineering Department and Biomedical Departments. The overall project scope covers the construction of a new 2-storey building and associated external works along with the demolition of said buildings that are to be relocated.
