Construction of a 7 storey structural steel building comprising a semi-basement. The building is of a reinforced blockwall, gypsum partitions, external face of Alucobond and granite. The roof is of mastic asphalt on Isocrete thermal screed. The building is fitted with an elevator and sprinkler system.
