Client: Kapok Hotel
KAPOK HOTEL is a landmark structure in the capital city Port of Spain. The Extension comprised of the two uppermost floors over the existing hotel and a wing comprising a ground floor and nine upper floors with panoramic circular balconies to the front. Construction was undertaken with minimum disruption to the on-going operations of the hotel despite the extreme demands of time to be completed for Carnival 1998, a date which was crucial to the success of the Client’s business plan. We worked very closely with a Client of very high standards for workmanship, requiring uncompromising quality of finishes which was successfully delivered.
