Requirements:
Ideally a professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in post contract work on construction projects.
This could be an experienced based position for the right candidate.
Candidates must have previous experience preparing main contract valuations, variations and claims, drafting contractual letters and management of subcontractor valuations and payments.
