Kee-Chanona has amassed a wide variety of plant & equipment over its years of experience in the construction industry. Through our Plant & Equipment Department we are equipped to provide our projects with a seamless flow of plant & equipment thus impacting on our ability to deliver successful projects. We also have a rental arm within our Plant & Equipment Department where scaffolding and other heavy machinery is rented at competitive rates.

Kee-Chanona has completed many infrastructure projects in the past and continues to provide clients with quality outputs. These projects include major residential infrastructure projects such as the Victoria Keys development which including roads, carparks, drainage, services, water tanks and retention ponds along with all the building works. We have also undertaken bridges, waste water treatment plants and work with partners on specialist infrastructure projects. Kee-Chanona can offer clients a total package for the completion any type of development.

Kee-Chanona has a proven track record of building reliable car parking facilities as part of major building projects. We have recently embarked on the use of pioneering technology in the Trinidad market, and are in the process of erecting a 12 storey (900 car park spots) Post Tension Car Park in the city of Port of Spain. Kee-Chanona continues to actively pursue new knowledge and new expertise in the area of Car Park development, towards providing our clients with innovative approaches.

Within the last five years the delivery method adopted by KCL was the Design Build approach. We are currently working on three such projects in excess of 200 Million TTD. Design-Build gives a single point of responsibility and presents minimal risk to our clients. It enhances our ability to deliver a project that is on-time, within budget and high in quality.

Kee-Chanona has recently entered the space of building fit-out, our signature production in this regard being a multi-storey Government building. The floor area outfitted is over 200,000 sq. ft. and meets International ISO Standards for Ergonomic Design. We completed the project within budget and time specifications and exceeded our client’s expectations with the finished product. We utilized modern furniture and fittings and included etched glass work to enhance the look and feel of the space.

Restoration is a specialized capability of Kee-Chanona. There are few construction companies in Trinidad and Tobago and the region at large that can boast of the success we have had in the restoration at key historical sites such as:

Under the umbrella of CMAR, Kee-Chanona commits to manage and deliver projects for our clients within a guaranteed maximum price. We provide professional services and act as a consultant to our clients in the design and construction phases. We work assiduously to ensure that the construction costs does not exceed the guaranteed maximum price.

This capability area provides our clients with many benefits, the major one being that the construction risk is carried by KCL. We have had successes in this area and continue to build our management systems to ensure future success in this area.
