Our structure, whether at Head Office or on Projects, provides clearly defined responsibilities and authorities within the Teams. Each Team member has a clear appreciation of how they interact with other Team members. We encourage a Team approach to decision making and problem solving. Transparency in communication by way of meetings and reporting allows the team to be effective and to 'deliver'.

All teams need Leaders. We have staffed our business with internationally experienced Managers who direct and guide our teams by sharing their experience, setting example and providing direction in accordance with Policy.
